Can antibiotics cancel out any birth controls?

Hi! I took my last depo shot on june 21st. I was recently told I have a bad ear infection and was put on antibiotics. My friend was on birth control and she took antibiotics and got pregnany. The doctor told her that the antibiotics cancelled out the birth control. Can it also do that with the depo shot? I can't lie.. I really wish it would, I have been wanting another baby something awful lately!! please advise!

Depo is not affected by antibiotics..

Before you have a baby though you need to ask yourself..

Can you afford a baby? Government assistance is not somehting to strive for, you should try and consider a baby when you can afford one.

Does your man want a baby? MEN can leave you stranded, and as much as YOU want a baby, you have to think what is in a childs best interest..Not yours.
