Can antiviral herbs cure flu symptoms?

Hello, folks. I have a tendency often to have flu. I am little tired of taking medications and vitamins. I would really like to find out something more about antiviral herbs since my friend uses them and he tells me that these herbs have made miracle for him. Can they treat flu symptoms? Hello, there. Many people say that antiviral herbs can treat flu symptoms. Garlic is excellent against common cold and flu. Many people, who eat it regularly, manage to avoid flu. I am not sure about their breath. Eucalyptus is also excellent for this purpose. You should consult with a pharmacist which herb will be best for you. Just tell him what you want to fight against.
