Can bed wetting in toddlers be controlled? If yes, how?

I would like to hear your experiences with your children’s bed wetting. Can that be controlled in toddlers? If yes, how? I can say that it is a real problem constantly getting up in the middle of the night to change him and the sheets. I mean, should we use diapers again? He is almost five years old…

Well, I know a lot about those night calls, three kids and all of them passed through bed wetting. I guess there is nothing much you can do, except for maybe wetting alarm, but if the kid sleeps tight, it won’t work. Perhaps you can help him urinate before sleeping, if he can and maybe do some bladder enlargement techniques and that’s it.
