Can chlamydia cause calcification of the ovaries

I was in a relationship for about eight months and in the seventh month I found out that I had chlamydia. I may have possibly had it for that entire period. I also just had a pelvic sonogram not too long after in which the results showed that I have calcification on my left ovary. I am very worried and I would like to know if there is a major correlation between the two. I am scheduled for an MRI, but I am curious to find out more.
