Can diet affect gout problems?

Hello! I have heard that diet can affect gout problems. This is very weird to me and I think that this is not true. I have tried to find more information about this subject (I have searched internet, asked around, etc), but I could not. I hope you will know something more about this and you will answer me. Hello! Believe it or not, this is true. I will tell you what you need to take if you want to prevent gout. You should take a lot of fluids (especially black cherry juice and water), do not drink alcohol, reduce amount of meat in your diet and increase amount of fresh vegetables and fruits, exercise. Many people, who done mentioned, avoided goat.
