Hello, folks. My kid is persistent that I send him to the gym. He is 17 years old and he thinks it is the time for him to practice fitness. I am worried a little and I would like to know if exercise machines can be harmful in any way. I would really appreciate all honest replies to my post. Bye!

Hi, there. I totally understand your concern. If your kid is careful, I don't see a reason for concern. You can go to his fitness instructor and talk to him about your worries. Has your son fully grown? Joints and bones can be gentle in that age. You can also consult with a pediatrician. I hope you will find a calming answer. Good luck!
