Can hematoma on ovary resolve on its own?

Hi! I have a problem. I have a 5 cm hematoma on my left ovary. It’s probably caused from this last surgery. Three weeks ago I had a surgery to remove a cyst. I’m suffering from a big pain. Doctor told me to wait for some time. Can hematoma on ovary resolve on its own?

I have a similar problem as you. I also have a big hematoma on my ovary and my doctor wants me to wait 6 weeks and see if it goes away. That’s mean that sometimes hematoma may resolve on its own. I’m also desperate because I can not stand pain any more.

Can hematoma on ovary resolve on its own?
