Can hemorrhoids type 3 be diagnosed with digital rectal test?

Hello, I am 46 years old and I must say that my office job and constant sitting have caused me the some problems with the hemorrhoids. And it looks like I am growing the type 3 hemorrhoids since they are visible only during defecation. Can those be diagnosed with digital rectal test?

Digital rectal test is an effective diagnostic procedure because it can discover many possible conditions, not only the presence and the type of hemorrhoids. Well, the bead thing is that the hemorrhoids are there, but they are found and could be dealt with now and that is good news. And about that office job, don’t let it take the control of your body, start with exercises, long walks, healthy food habits…
