Hello! I have heard that herbal tinctures are very healthy, so, I want to start with taking chamomile tincture. But, before I start with taking it, I want to know is there any side effect. This is very important to me, because I want to know is this completely safe or not. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! Many people take a very easy and not serious taking herbal tincture, which is not recommended at all. Before you start with taking any herbal tincture, you should discus with your doctor first. Side effects are really rare, but they are not impossible. For example, you can have allergic reaction which can be fatal.
