YOU can get a judicial bypass, it is not very hard, especially if you have the Clinic help you out!
Abortion is not free, so if you have a job start saving some money.
Basically you need to call an abortion clinic close by you, [your g/f calls them] and explain to them that you need a judicial bypass because you cannot get parental consent. They are usually VERY happy to help you through this process.

Abortion in New jersey does not require parental consent at ALL.
Abortion is about 400$
YOU are 17, you can get a job to raise money for your g/f. You can both get jobs to help pay for an abortion.
There are special assistance funds for women that do not have a lot of money.

YES, you do need parental consent to have an abortion UNLESS you get a JUDICIAL BYPASS.
JUDICIAL BYPASS is easy to get. An aboriton clinic would help you with this.
Judicial bypass means that you do not need parental consent. |

AN abortion costs 295-400 dollars.
She does not need parental consent if she gets a JUDICIAL BYPASS. These are easy to get, and the clinic that does an aboriton would help her through this. |

| Im 16 in California, I Think im preg i took 2 home tests and they both said Pregnant and i told my mom i think i might be she didnt freak out but she wants me to get an abortion ONE cuz im young TWO I Was On Topamax (Bipolar) and She Doesnt know that i havent taken then in a month or so and thinks its in my system .. My boyfriend and I dont want to abort...Can She Make Me??? What can or Will Happen????[/b] |

SHE cannot make you abort...
BUT she also HAS THE CHOICE to not help you with the baby, or buy the baby clothes and help with medical expenses.
THINK CAREFULLY about this.
CAN YOU AFFORD A BABY all by yourself, without your mom, her house, or her money..?
SHE has a choice too.
You can move out, she cannot force you to abort. |
