Can i get diseases from oral sex when the clothes are still

My girlfriend and i were making out one day and i was licking and biting her vagina whilst her panties were still on. I stopped doing that whenever i felt that she was wet but i'm not sure if i can still get diseases that way like yeast infections or whatever they are called. If i do, i will stop because i don't want that for myself. and ive only done this sort of thing to her twice...so i just want to know what the consequences are...please?

Yes you can get yeast infections like that.
they can be itchy and uncomfortable. Try asking your girlfriend about it, I'm sure she wont mind, girls see it as responsible when guys ask about they're health (even if it is a touchy topic) just make sure you don't sound like your asking if shes been sleeping around and has std's or the like (lol that might end badly) Dont stress too much though, even if you do get an infection, a quick checkup with a doctor and short coarse of vitamins or medication would get rid of it.
