My uncle has a serious problem with kidney and he will go to kidney transplantation. I realize how it can be dangerous but I he is young and I hope he will be ok after transplantation. I want to ask Can immunosuppresives be used after transplantation? I heard something about it but I’m not sure.

Yes, of course. Immunosuppresives are essential in kidney transplants. They are commonly used to prevent rejection by a recipient's body of an organ transplanted from a donor. A transplant is rejected when the recipient's immune system acts against it. So, as you see, Immunosuppresives are really necessary treatment after transplantation.
