Can implantation bleeding be heavy?

I have been trying to conceive for the past six months. I was due for my period on March 25th, but nothing. On the 27th, I had some light brownish/pinkish vaginal bleeding. The next day it was heavy, like my period with only mild cramps. The next day it was light again. So my question is can this be implantation bleeding? Can implantation bleeding be heavy?

I had the same exact thing. It was really light bleeding the fuirst day and then that night it was really heavy and bright red. The next day it was a total of 5 medium size drops the whole day and light spotting after that. I dont know if it was implantation bleeding...although it did happen a week before my period was due...and it lasted about four days. How long did yours last?

it could be as i had exactly the same thing then a week later i found out i was pregnant n i now have a 10 month old son even though i thought it was jus my period i also bled a few times during pregnancy for the first few months
