Hello, my friends. My friend has decided to become lacto vegetarian. I must admit that this sounds unusual to me. Why would anyone want to do this? I wonder if they can eat yogurt. Can anyone tell me something more about this? I will appreciate all your replies considering this. Bye!

Hello. Lacto vegetarians are also a mystery to me. They cannot eat eggs. However, they can eat dairy products. This goes for yogurt as well. They can eat it. However, if yogurt contains gelatin, then it should be excluded from a diet. I really don’t know why. If you find out more details, please share them with me. I hope I’ve helped a little. Bye!
