Mastrubation is good and we ALL do it, but you need to be careful. Yes it is true – you can get infected but that is really rare. All you have to do is wash your hands before you mastrubate. In that case you should be safe. Also, if you are masturbating with your partner during a foreplay, be sure that your partner also have “clean hands.

| yes masturbation is great, i do it a lot and sometimes i think its too much, but im working it down, and now its down to like 2/3 times a day, i know hats still a bit excessive, but for then ext 8 days will not be masturbating, and im hoping that this will help me bring the numbers down |
