Can nanomedicine cure cancer?

Hi, folks. I hear many people talking about nanomedicine. Many people say we are close to discovery of the cure for cancer. I wonder whether this nanomedicine can cure cancer now. What do you know about this? I would really appreciate all your answers. Your help is more than welcomed. Bye, guys!

Hi to you too. I wouldn’t say that nanomedicine can cure cancer. I would rather say it helps to find cancer easily. It is especially efficient in discovering early cancer when it can be removed completely. Take nanoparticles of cadmium selenide for example. When they are injected, prostate cancer cells take it. These particles glow when exposed to ultraviolet light. In that way, a tumor can be discovered earlier. A surgeon will remove it easily. Nevertheless, I hope it will help in curing cancer in near future.
