well if anything no foreskin would defenetiely make it a lot EASIER to cum since the cum just shoots outs from your pens, while if you do have foreskin and you cum, the cum has the foreskin as sort of a blockage so then the cum can't shoot straight out, but rather kinda "leak" out.....
