Can psychological trauma cause errection deficiency?

Hi. I was wondering weather a whole mess of psychological trauma can cause a man to experience sexual dysfunction and errection deficiency? If it's not psychological, what else could possibly cause this? Thanks.

A little mess of psychological trauma can indeed cause erectile dysfunction in a male. Even very minor things can cause erections deficiency (for example anxiety, worry, depression). Many people do not know that the greatest sex organ is the brain, not the penis (vagina) - if the brain is distracted or “not functioning well” (e.g. on drugs or alcohol) penis (vagina) is not the only thing that might not work.
