can a man still get Trichomoniasis after he ejaculates and throuroughly cleans his penis if he had sex with an infected woman once? What if he used a condom and pulled it off and the penetration wasnt longer than a few minutes?

U never can tell....you need to get tested to see if you contracted it or not
