I am starting with vegetarian food. I just have to! I am 26 years old and I have always been in a good shape but this was thanks to exercises that I do almost every day. But the problem is in the junk food which I eat a lot and enjoy it I have to admit. Now, I need some healthy diet with a lot of proteins. Can someone tell me some vegetarian proteins?
You really do need to change the eating habits. I have been in a similar situation and I have to say that I had extra weight, but it was not something visible. I had a lot of fat surrounding my internal organs and that is more dangerous. But that is all behind me, partially because of the healthy food I am eating. As for vegetarian proteins, you should try soy products, they resemble meat and they could be very tasty too!
