Can surgery cure conductive hearing loss?

Hello! I really have a problem. Namely, I am facing problem with conductive hearing loss. I want to know can surgery cure conductive hearing loss. If it can, I hope you will tell me is surgery procedure complicate. This is very hard time for me and I hope you will understand me. Thank you ion advance!

Hello! I assume that your conductive hearing loss is caused because of otosclerosis (also known as abnormal growth of bone of the middle ear) or because of growth of some tumors in your ear. In mentioned cases, surgery can cure conductive hearing loss. In other cases, usually helps antibiotics. Hope this helps you!
