I ordered some program (on video) after I’ve done a good deal of research into exercise, fitness and stretching. I have constant back pain and I can’t take it anymore. I know that is because of my work and that I need to exercise. I know this question will be answered for me once I receive the program, but out of curiosity, are the exercises new ones or is it the routines that are unique, for back pain of course.

Since I start exercising I am almost pain free. I’ve been suffered from arthritis in my lower back, spine, shoulder and knees. I said “I can’t take the pain anymore” and I start with stretching and exercising. The most beneficial aspect of the whole program was the stretching and exercise regimen, but I never thought I'd feel so good. They are stretches that you could find anywhere but the simplicity of the way they are put together.
