Hi, every parent has the same trouble when a child seems to be unbearable. Maybe you can try to offer your child a safe quiet place to calm down. Take it to it’s bed and offer a toy or sing a nice song. Help your child to calm by deep breathing and paying attention to other more interesting things, not the one that are upsetting him. some children forget about upsetting thing when they are given something to do like baking cookies, going for a walk or cuddling together. Encourage him to play some game, run or jump to help release strong emotions.
