| It seems that I just cannot find balance between my private life and work. I cannot just shake off the stress I accumulate during long hours at work. I come home nervous and jumpy which is a great opportunity to start a fight with my wife (she has similar problems also). Sometimes I take sedatives and then everything is perfect but I do not like that. I mean I am 33 years old; I am too young for such drugs. For any drug. But, what else can I do? |

| Talk to your wife, do not fight with her. You know her problems, she knows yours. Be therapist to each other, that is the best thing you could do at the moment. If that does not work, that means that you are in more serious trouble and that you could use some professional help. This could lead to medications and therapy, something that you do not like but that will help you. |
