Can you get pregnant so early after quiting the pill

My husband and I decided to start a family.
I quit taking my birthcontrol pills, after 7 years, on Christimas and the last few days I've been naucious (throwing up) with cramps, lower back ache and sensative breats. Is this a sign of pregnancy or something I could be going through because I just quit my pills. According to my last period I should be starting today, but I'm not sure now since I just came off the pill if I'll be normal or not. I don't want to run out every week to test if I'm pregnant or not....does anyone have any suggestions?!?

yes you can get pregnant i fell pregnant while on the pill.
the signs you are having are indefinitely signs of pregnancy!
im now 17 weeks and 4 days me and my boyfriend are very excited

I was on the pill for 11.5 years. We decided I would stop taking it in December (beginning) and now I am 5 weeks prego. Everyone is individual,
