Can you get skin viruses from the lack of protein?

I have to say that I am very displeased with the quality of my skin. I have been using many products but nothing really helps. It is dry, and often subdues to various infections. I suppose that at one pint I will have to go to a doctor and see what is going on. Can you get skin viruses from the lack of protein?

Yes you can. And even though many people do not take much care of their skin, that can be the cause of various infections and sometimes, severe conditions. Some recent examinations proved that there are peptides in the skin that deal with incipient infections (they do not appear normally, only when there is some infection going on).
