Can you help with my symptoms? :(

Hi. I feel like I`m ve been under a big pressure. Like a big stone is on my back and I have to carry it around. I sleep a lot and I have gained some weight. I generally feel very depressed and don`t know what to do to improve my condition. Is this anxiety? What are the symptoms of anxiety? Anybody?

Hi. I suffer from anxiety and I feel pretty worried with all the things that make life (im)possible. I had an accident two years ago and still I have that fear of dying. It could be anxiety, what you are feeling. Some people who suffer from anxiety feel numbness and weakness in arms and legs, chest pain, shortness of breath, sense of choking, restlessness, easy fatigue, irritability, muscle tension, and they have sleeping problems.

Can you help with my symptoms? :(
