Hello, I am a 24 years old student and I am thinking of increasing my protein intake in daily nutrition regimen. As much as it is possible, I would like to take natural proteins, not powdered form. Can somebody help me with most accessible protein sources? I am good in kitchen, so some recepies are welcome too.

Fish are often one of the cheapest but one of the most accessible sources of quality proteins. However, problems show up when it comes about vegetarian type of nutrition. The most important protein source for them is soybean as it contains all the essential amino acids. Other sources of non-animal protein include nuts, seeds, legumes, yeast and freshwater algae.
