I need something to boost my immune system. I am a bit underweight, don’t have good appetite and it is sometimes even forget to eat. Consequences are bad as expected and I easily get sick. Can you recommend me an immune booster? Something that can be kept in purse and taken once a day.

You need something like vitamins and minerals complex all-in-one pill. I can recommend you to try with Whitehall’s Centrum because it contains all that our body really needs, including oligoelements in nano- concentrations. You can find Centrum silver and Centrum gold, which one you need, depends on your age. One tablet daily is taken and no side effects have been anticipated. If you prefer herbal immune boosters, try with Echinacea, bee propolis, aloe or noni de Tahiti juice.

I recommend a high quality probiotic. You can find 'em in the refrigerated section of your health food store. Wink

We represent "Unauthorized Ad", an on-line company supplying customized vitamin supplements to the USA and we hope this information may be of interest to you.

The immune system is an intricate network of specialized tissues, organs, cells, and chemicals. The lymph nodes, spleen, bone marrow, thymus gland, and tonsils all play a role, as do lymphocytes (specialized white blood cells), antibodies, and interferon. A healthy immune system is associated with an intake of a wide variety of antioxidants and other nutrients.

The following nutritional components may be beneficial. Acetyl L-Carnitine is an energy carrier and cell membrane protector. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Grape Seed, Garlic, Selenium and Zinc are powerful antioxidants protecting the body from free radical damage. Vitamin B Complex 50 is a group of anti-stress vitamins. Alpha-Lipoic Acid has strong antioxidant activity and also potentiates Vitamins C and E. Vitamin D, Quercetin, Maitake Mushroom Extract, Reishi Mushroom Extract, Shiitake Mushroom Extract, and Astragalus, all enhance immunity in certain capacities. CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant and immuno-stimulant. IP6 helps to improve natural killer cell activity and may possess powerful anti-cancer properties. Lactobacillus Acidophilus are essential friendly bacteria which promote good digestion, boost immune function, and increase resistance to infection.

Dr. Balch works with "Unauthorized Ad" to provide custom-made natural remedies for anyone who wants an all-in-one daily supplement that addresses all their health concerns, as well as providing the vitamins and minerals needed for optimum health and wellness. We include formula for 680 different health concerns in our database.
