Hi, I will have a baby-boy in couple of weeks. We still didn’t decorate his room, or bought any furniture. Can you share some ideas for a child’s room?

Hi, the first and most important thing about child’s room is that it has to be safe. Your boy will spend a lot of his time in that room, so you should avoid the furniture with sharp edges, cables with electricity and if you live on high flour, you should put some fence on his window. Decoration of a child’s room is the best part. I always loved to decorate my boy’s room when he was little. Now he’s 14-year-old, and he doesn’t let me any more. I had many ideas, and I still do. I love painting, so I spent lot of time decorating the walls. I didn’t paint bunnies and teddy bears, because I thought he would get bored soon from those images. Instead of that, his walls had a rain forest look with colorful animals and plants. On the ceiling were planets and stars that shined in the dark. The wall behind his working table had no paintings except two pictures from National geographic.
