I started with Atkins and I'm doing great! I have no cravings, I've already dropped 4 pounds, and I’m not hungry. I'm currently using a generic women's multivitamin one-daily, so I am wondering is this appropriate for a low-carb plan? I can take it until it's used up; it was what I used on my "low-fat" diet before starting Atkins. I am not complaining now but I ‘m just asking can you tell me the best diet that gives the most positive results?

Biotin and potassium supplements are especially helpful on Atkins, also take the One-A-Day Carbsmart vitamins, L-carnitine, B vitamins, CoQ10, and chromium are helpful for any diet. I take the Carbsmarts because they encompass them altogether, but a regular multivitamin is fine for your general health, and it won't hurt not to take these specific items-it's just supposed to be helpful. I guess that there is no rule and that the positive results are individual thing.
