thats right, swollow your vantiy, pride or bashfulness and talk to him/her. probably should be a male so you dont get a boner. (sorry). hey i was a teenager once.
i had that problem when i was 30 and beleive me it can be painful when you try to force it back. back then the only thing to do was circumcision. wrong solution!! today there are seroid creams and stretching program to take care of this problem.
currently i am reforming my foreskin. this is going to take over a year and it can be a little uncomforable!
when you are circumcised you will loose a great deal of nerve endings that come in very handy for sex and jerking off. trust me on this, i know oh so well.
you may ask if women/girls may be bothered by the intact penis. i had never been turned down by any woman who i was involved with. back then there were very few foreskins in the country.
i speak of whence i know. i had sex before i was cut and after. now please beleive me that alllllllll sex is wonderful.
with the foreskin it is so much better. oral sex with a foreskin is so much better. let me show an example. as the girl/woman is giving oral sex, have her pull the foreskin back place her tongue on the head and 'suck the withdrawn foreskin into her mouth. now she is ready for your load! and beleive me. you will have one! when she wiggles her tongue around the rim and under the foreskin=around and around with her tongue, she will get your load! that really did it for me.

now i realize that i a did ramble a lot in this tirade. but i have a very strong opinion on this subject. as i stated, i did have to get cut and i have disliked it ever sense.
i just hope you do go to the doctor and get the proper treatment of this cream or some other method. you can choose to get cut. but i strongly suggest that you dont do it. it is painful for several weeks later and pain pills just really dont touch nerve pain. there is discomfort as the head gets used to being exposed to the world and your underware. and this takes many weeks. imagine the constant rubbing on your head. uncomfortable to say the least! now, dont forget the cost. these days it has got to cost well over $2 grand. if you dont have really good insurance, you young man are S-O-L.
mine is hard and callused. not good for sex. this is one of the reasons i have rebuilding my foreskin.
