Cant Take the Pain Anymore

I need advice! I feel constant pressure and pain in my sinuses. It is horrible. I can’t take it anymore. It’s been there more than 2 years and doctors do not know what and why this is. What should I do?

Hey,
My brother also had constant problems with sinuses and he even got hooked on nasal drops. He underwent surgery and he is much better now.
