Rolling Eyes hello im only 13 and i cant ejaculate but when i just masterbated i feel like im gonna cum but dont then i get soft again and feel cold(just around balls) is that normal and any tips on how to cum easily ive tried alot of things and cant?!?!? Don't be in such a rush to start ejaculating.

Your reproductive system must catch up with your libido.

Just cool it, and you'll come along fine when mother nature is ready to start.
