I am 28 and I am active for as long as I remember. I take good care of my body. However, lately this is very difficult. I feel pain in my shoulder, it hurts me even when I do simple things. Can you tell me more about what might be wrong with me?

The first thing you need to do is to go to your doctor. That is the only way you will now what is going on with you and what is causing your pain. I can not diagnose you like this, before examining you first. If you have pain or stiffness in your shoulder when you move it, or simply trying to do something, you may have adhesive capsulitis. Many people who have adhesive capsulitis get full use of their shoulder back but others may always have a little stiffness and pain in that shoulder. This stiffness is usually not very bad and you should be able to do all the activities you were doing before this happened. There are some exercises you should do to help break up the scar tissue in your shoulder. However, you will probably need a physical therapist to help you with these exercises. I hope that you will go to your doctor and get a proper treatment.
