I must say that I didn’t try this diet, but I have a suggestion for you (if you do not decide for this Carbo 14 Day Lifetime Diet Plan). I am using this and I am big fan of carb (mmmm …spaghetti ) I eat carb in the first half of the day (until 3 or 4 p.m.) and never eat after 8 o’clock (at lest 2 hours before bed time). I daily exercise (1 run 20 minutes) and that helps me stay fit. Besides, all those artificial carb blockers seem to be life threatening substance on the long run.
