I just recently started exercising a lot more (up from 1-2 a week to 5 a week) with regular cardio on most of those days. I have noticed that I am getting a lot more heartburn, even though I am not adding spicy foods, or any types of thing that are normally linked with heartburn.

Does anyone have an idea why this happens?
