Cataflam and Sirdalud for treating pain in the muscles?

Hello! I am preparing for marathon and my trainings are very hard. My body is exhausted. To be worse, I feel terrible pain in my muscles. Sometimes I have muscles convulsions, too. I do not want to stop with my trainings. Can you tell me what I should take to prevent pain in the muscles? My trainer told me that Cataflam and Sirdalud will help. Is he right? Hello! Combination of Cataflam and Sirdalud will be helpful. But, I suggest you to not go over your possibilities. I recommend you to take Cataflam and Sirdalud few days. Also, you will need to rest. Cataflam pills are very strong and you should take it only after eating two times per a day.. Sirdalud cream you should spread few times per a day. This will help you for sure. But, if you take these drugs while you have hard trainings, you will make much worse.
