Catastrophic APS, Lupus and Pregnancy

I was diagnosed with Catastrophic Antiphosphid Lipid Syndrome and Lupus 2 years ago. I was 6 months pregnant when they discovered this and lost the baby due to a catastrophic flare up. It affected a few of my organs such as my liver, lungs, and heart. I have been in remission since and am on a treatment plan for the APS and Lupus. I do want to get pregnant and have a child but was told that I would have a 50% chance of having a child with no problems or have the same type of problems i had before or worst. I am very confused, in one hand my head tells me that my body might not be able to handle this flare up again, on the other hand I feel with the treatment I'm on might help me get through it. As well as my faith in god. Can you help me figure out what might be best to do?
