I have been experiencing quite a bit of neck,shoulder,and upper back stiffness and sporadic shortness of breath since I was rear ended in an automobile accident one month ago. I have still been my usual physically active 53 year old self but I can tell my body is not quite in synch. . Could I be experiencing some whiplash or cervical compression?
