Ceserean scar tissue question

Hiya

I had an emergancy ceserean last Aug (our baby sadley passed away).. after trying for a while I've now had a few possitive pregnancy tests. We're not counting any chickens before they hatch.. but we would be so happy if we managed to have a healthy little brother or sister for our little girl to grow up with.
Now I'm worried about my body being healed enough to sucsessfully carry this baby...
Will the scar tissue be stronge enough to withstand streatching again?
