I am having abdominal pains that vary in pain levels. Sometimes they are quite bad (mainly when I go to bed). My stool is an algae green. A friend told me to try a carbs test where I eat only white rice, bananas, apples and white bread. When I did this my stool color changed to a orangish yellow. The discomfort of my abdomin however did not change. This is the third time in three years this has happened to me. At this point I am down 12 lbs at times feel nauseated but never throw up. I feel constipated, have stomach pains, hot/cold sweats, faint at times and my stool is now orangish yellow from algae green due to eating starchy foods?
