Hi, I am 34 years old male and I had several hard moments in my life lately. Several weeks ago I was in the gym when I felt my heart is beating so strong and so fast that I thought I will collapse. I looked out for doctor, who measured my blood pressure and checked my ECG, and told me that everything is just fine. Unfortunately since then I am checking my pulse all the time.
Hi, your problem is not connected with your heart. You are experiencing consequences of anxiety which was caused by stressed situation you have mentioned. You have to consult your doctor about your future moves and also have to relax yourself. Nothing bad wont happen to you just dont let fear overcome you.
