Chewing tobacco marajuana related to polyps

I am 37 years old i chew tobacco and smoke some marijuana, i just went in for a colonoscopy because of bleeding, med hemorrhoids, and some pain. They found two polyps, and medium internal hemorrhoids, can that be realated to smoking and chewing? If not, anything in what we eat?
