How effective are Chinese Herbal Medicines in treating skin problems? I am suffering from dermatitis. Should consider Chinese Herbal Medicines as a treatment?

Some evidence shows that one type of traditional Chinese herbal medicine may be effective for dermatitis. It is one of the most common skin diseases. Some of Chinese herbal mixtures, taken by mouth, have been used for this condition for many years. As I remember Zemaphyte, can improve erythema (redness), surface damage to the skin, sleep disturbance and itching, but check this info just in case.
