I heard of this magic Chitosol with main ingredient called Chitosan. Is anyone familiar with it and it’s effects?

Hey,
There are also some other pills that contain chitosan. Chitosan is actually a substance, derived from shellfishes, such as lobster, crabs … Hmmm … fish “meat” is known as low-fat and low-cholesterol meat, but I wonder if this Chitosan, sold in capsules, really works.
I just read a review, where is claimed that there is no evidence, that Chitosan is effective in weight loss.
