I have mild pain in my left testicle. I ma concerned about Chlamydia because e my girlfriend has been treated for Chlamydia a month ago. We didn’t have sex while she was on therapy, but I am worried that she somehow passed me. if it is not Chlamydia what else can be a reason for resticle pain?

When signs or symptoms do occur, they usually start one to three weeks after you've been exposed to Chlamydia and testicle pain is one of them. I think that is likely that you catch Chlamydia from her. But there are other possible causes for testicular pain such as injury to the scrotum, spermatocele or hydrocele…..I think you should see an urologist.
