Chlamydia Treatment

Is there other treatment for Chlamydia beside azithromycin? I was on azithromycin for a week and don’t feel very well, I feel nausea and stomach pain. Also, my boyfriend refuses to take antibiotics and I am worried that he is infected with Chlamydia and that he might infect me again.

Well, my treatment for Chlamydia was doxycycline, but I believe that most of the people are treated with azithromycin or doxycycline. I was taking it for 190 days and they told me to wait at leas week before I have sex. Your boyfriend may not be infected, but I think he should take meds anyway. Try to scare him...they are more afraid than we are!
