Chlamydia & Gonorrhea test negative but burning

After sex I have this very bad burning in my viginia. I just got off anti-bacterial pills for bacteria overgrowth and pills for a yeast infection. And I had a negative chlamydia and gonorrhea test and a normal pap smear. What do you think could be causing the burning?
