Chlamydia during pregnancy

Good Morning

My daughter has been diagnosed with Chlamydia, she has had one treatment (3 pills) around the same time she got pregnant. She is to go back and get another treatment. Now that she is pregnant, can she take the second treatment.

Also, she might be thinking that she should have an abortion, if this is the case, it will be her second. I am wondering, if first off the Chlamydia can affect the child, and then I am also wondering if having 2 abortions could make her chances of becoming pregnant, (when the time is right) harder for her?
